Terms of Service

Purchase Orders: Please provide purchase order prior to beginning of calibration work. It may be included with gages or provided by fax/email/phone. A minimum required for purchase order: company name and address, contact name and phone number, calibration frequency, and declared value for insurance if required. It is important to also include any calibration or shipping requirements; for ‘Rush’ orders purchase order and boxes must be clearly marked “RUSH”. Sorry, we do not accept credit or purchase cards at this time for calibration work.

Calibration Frequency: Please provide the frequency and interval of your gages. If no calibration recall is specified, Conbraco defaults to a 12 month frequency.

Procedure / Method: Unless otherwise stated during order review, we will use methods as stated in our internal calibration procedures. These procedures are developed from internationally or nationally recognized standards as issued by ANSI, ASME, Federal Specifications, etc. Procedures derived from military calibration methods via the Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP) are also utilized. Please contact us for more detail on any calibration procedure.

Delivery: 'Rush' orders- 1 day turnaround (add 20% to cost); normal delivery is 3-5 working days.

Insurance on return shipment: If customer requires return shipment to be insured, value of gages must be indicated on purchase order. Conbraco Calibration Services is not responsible for shipments damaged by UPS if customer does not request an amount of insurance.

Hours: Our laboratory is open from 7am to 3:00pm.
